SHOCK REPORT! FBI Sends in Armored Vehicle with Turret, 2 Vans, 6 FBI Vehicles, 3 Local Police Vehicles to Arrest Young Father Who Attended Jan. 6 Rally – UNBELIEVABLE INTERVIEW!

Spread the word

A proud patriot and Iraq War veteran Joshua James has been arrested with a disgusting display of sore power and strength. America is completely blasted by this shocking news.

Joshua James was wounded in a bomb blast during his service in Iraq. Now in 2021 James is being held by the FBI without bail. The reasons behind the arrest are unclear and incorrect, but he’s charged for his “connections” to the violent riots of January 6th in Washington D.C.

Reports claim that his arrest was a pure viciousness against he veteran:

The FBI lured him out of his home in Alabama by pretending to be a customer needing a pressure washing.

Then an Army armored vehicle with a turret on top, 2 FBI vans, 6 FBI vehicles, 3 local police and sheriff’s vehicles pulled up and ransacked their home.

These are the methods for arresting serious terorrists targets. Is this how the country repays to this brave American for his sacrifice?

The psychological impact on James’ family is undescribable. They are shocked.

Also, james is the breadwinner in this family while his wife works part-time jobs for honorars. He provides even though he suffered injuries like a true war hero.

This is the testimony from Audrey James, his wife:

Joshua, was arrested this week and is being charged in connection to the events of January 6th in D.C.

Bail WAS recommended by the probation office & we were told prosecution would not argue against bail. But, somehow at the last minute prosecution decided to argue against it. My husband was in D.C. that day providing security detail for speakers of the rally that morning. FBI said under oath they do not believe my husband was part of any violence and they have NO proof that he was involved in violence. The main topic of their testimony was the Oath Keepers logo on his hat, the organization who asked him to provide security to the speakers that day. They kept referencing two other individuals who had the same logos on their clothing that day and their aggressive behavior. The public defender asked “Was Mr. James seen with these people exhibiting aggressive behavior?” FBI Response “No he was not.” Public Defender “Well then let’s talk about Mr. James actions instead.”

They said they have cell phone data that places Joshua pinging off a tower that provides service in the area that includes the Capitol. (That doesn’t prove anything other than he was in the radius of that tower which is about a 6 mile range).

Here is the judges reasons for denying bail: While Joshua doesn’t have a criminal background and has strong ties to the community and is not believed to be a flight risk and may not have been violent that day, he continued to have communication with members of Oath Keeps after the 6th which “proves” he has no remorse for the events of that day. And due to the fact he has PTSD from being blown up in Iraq serving his country and doesn’t take medication for his ptsd and owns fire arms, they feel that’s a volatile combination and see no reasonable scenario for granting bail.

We said we would get rid of any weapons and even agree to a medical evaluation to prove he doesn’t need medication. Are those not reasonable scenarios? Especially for a combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, small business owner who is the sole provider for his wife and 3 kids, who has strong ties to the community and isn’t thought to be a flight risk? He should be able to be home protecting his family while helping prepare for his legal battles. He is unable to work from jail and we have lost over half our income if he can’t work.

My husband has also used his personal time to repeatedly respond to and assist natural disasters rendering help to victims of tragedy, injury and the destructive forces of nature. Even in his own community.

They called our office line pretending to be a customer needing pressure washing to draw him from the house. They arrested him away from the house but then showed up at our home with SWAT and a tank rolled up to my front door. My 3-year-old and I were drawn outside so they could clear the house and raid it. We had to sit outside for almost 8 hours in the public eye while they tore our house apart and broke a light fixture. The only items they confiscated were oath keepers t-shirts, stickers and pamphlets and a can of some type of pepper spray.

They did come back two days later with a warrant for a random cell phone. Since, we are getting harassing and threatening calls to the business line, email and Facebook.

With bail being denied they will transfer him to DC to await trial.

Who knows when that will be! We have no funds for an attorney of this magnitude and are trying to fundraise. We are hoping to gain enough support and get our story out there to raise funds to help get an attorney to help bring our veteran home on bail.

Their focus on oath keepers and other oath keepers actions (not mt husband’s) proves their agenda. I asked the public defender why they changed their mind and argued bail he replied “there is pressure coming down to detain them.” This is a political witch hunt. If you need me to send you the affidavit I can. I have also requested a copy of the transcript of the hearing.

This was a heartbreaking testimony. Is this how we care about our war heroes? Hypothetically, even if he was guilty (and obviously he isn’t), is this the treatment that a war hero deserves?

Would they do this if an elitist from D.C. was supposed to be arrested? Most probably not. This is a huge shame for the institutions.

If Sunlight Continues, Expect More of This – Alameda County, CA, Significantly Lowers COVID Death Toll After Review of Records

Spread the word

The COVID-19 pandemic was a true challenge for humanity. Every state and institution was affected by the new lifestyle and restrictions, let alone the normal way of living and functioning. However, the transparent media must report about the malversations and manipulations regarding many COVID-19 cases and the sole nature of the virus.

Another proof of this highly corrupted and undescribable “habit” of many public health institutions comes from the Alameda Country, California. In this county, after a review of “cause of death” records and certificates, it is concluded that the actual death toll caused by COVID is lower by 25%.

This leads the public to believe that the speculations of manipulated COVID fatality records are actually true. In fact, this is not an isolated case only in the USA. Manipulation of COVID fatality records is noted all over the world, in some under-developed countries even to a much higher extent.

However, it is shocking and unacceptable for the USA to apply such low standards. On the other hand, this is an extremely sensitive issue for those who have deceased ones during the COVID pandemic.

“There are definitely people who died from reasons that were clearly not caused by COVID,”

said Neetu Balram, a spokesperson for the Alameda County Public Health Department.

Balram couldn’t give specifics about the true cause of death for the 411 people removed from the COVID-19 data, but she said the cases were identified after reviewing codes entered by county coroners into CalREDIE, the state’s database for disease reporting and surveillance. Alameda County uses CalREDIE data to populate its COVID dashboard.

As the report reads, the best “trick” to raise the COVID death toll is not to differ between dying WITH COVID and dying FROM COVID. In most of the objected cases, COVID is not the factual reason for death.

It is once again very symptomatic to see how Donald Trump was actually right when he opened this topic. Back then, he faced fierce attacks against him by the Democrats, the media, and many different “experts” who are in favor of the left.

The spread of the COVID-19 pandemic was mostly due to bad communication between the countries and poor decision-making by the World Health Organization. At the same time, politicians such as Donald Trump were oppressed and directly opposed by the media and the left only because they were suspicious and full of criticism about the way we’re dealing with the virus.

BREAKING: Justice Dept. Pushes ‘Red Flag’ Laws, Takes Aim at Firearm Accessories To ‘Reduce Gun Violence’

Spread the word

Today, it was announced in an official statement that the Department of Justice will take two new direct approaches towards dealing with the rising gun violence in many communities.

The first step in the program is to follow the proposed rulemaking by the DOJ that makes clear that when individuals use accessories to convert pistols into short-barreled rifles, they will have to deal with much more regulations. Besides establishing new standards and heightened regulations, the second step is the model legislation that is supposed to help states create their original “extreme risk protection order” legislation.

This proposed rule has been sent to the Federal Register and the model legislation will soon be reviewed because the deadlines issued by the Attorney General and Biden administration are met.

“The Justice Department is determined to take concrete steps to reduce the tragic toll of gun violence in our communities,” said Attorney General Merrick B. Garland. “Today we continue to deliver on our promise to help save lives while protecting the rights of law-abiding Americans. We welcome the opportunity to work with communities in the weeks and months ahead in our shared commitment to end gun violence.”

The proposed rulemaking issued by the DOJ is supposed to enforce restrictions on short-barreled rifles and, even more critically, put the pistols that are equipped with specific accessories in the same group of weapons.

This practice is also called “red flag laws” and they are unnatural and incompatible with the US Constitution. On the other hand, this new legislation will enable certain anti-gun states to take a step further and push even stronger regulations on pistols and other small caliber weapons. Conservative Americans who strongly support the 2nd Amendment alongside millions of weapon owners might protest against this proposal.

Also, experts want to show the importance of the understanding of the “red flag laws”. If the Democratic party continues to push harder over different/multiple legislations to neutralize the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution, it might lead to severe damage in the connection between the federal government (as central) and state governments (as local).

The reactions over this by the two largest political establishments in the country are yet to be seen. However, it seems that the GOP and the Democratic Party will have a lot to discuss on this matter. Meanwhile, the public has 90 days left to submit comments. It is expected to see public debates and the people themselves will have the opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of this project. This anti-gun campaign is supported by the liberal voters in, mostly, the “Blue States”. However, the rest of the country might be divided because of the revolt of those who are against this model legislation.

Hamas targets Jerusalem after clashes at revered mosque

Spread the word

JERUSALEM — Hamas militants fired dozens of rockets into Israel on Monday, including a barrage that set off air raid sirens as far away as Jerusalem, after hundreds of Palestinians were hurt in clashes with Israeli police at a flashpoint religious site in the contested holy city.

The rocket fire drew heavy Israeli retaliation in the Gaza Strip. Health officials said at least 20 people, including nine children, were killed in fighting, making it one of the bloodiest days of battle between the bitter enemies in several years.

The fighting escalated already heightened tensions throughout the region following weeks of confrontations between Israeli police and Palestinian protesters in Jerusalem. Those confrontations, focused around a disputed hilltop compound in Jerusalem’s Old City, have threatened to spark a wider conflict.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused Hamas of crossing a “red line” with the rocket attack on Jerusalem, some 100 kilometers (60 miles) north of Gaza, and promised a tough response.

“Whoever attacks us will pay a heavy price,” he said, warning that the fighting could ”continue for some time.”

In Washington, State Department spokesman Ned Price condemned “in the strongest terms” the rocket fire on Israel and called on all sides to calm the situation.

“More broadly, we’re deeply concerned about the situation in Israel, the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, including violent confrontations in Jerusalem,” he said.

A diplomatic official said that the United Nations, Egypt and Qatar, which frequently mediate between Israel and Hamas, were all trying to halt the fighting. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to discuss the issue with the media.

The Israeli military said well over 50 rockets were fired into Israel throughout the evening, most of them aimed at southern Israeli towns near the border.

Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus, a military spokesman, said six rockets were aimed at Jerusalem in what was believed to be the first rocket attack on the city since a 2014 war.

Shortly after the sirens sounded, explosions could be heard in Jerusalem. One rocket fell on the western outskirts of the city, lightly damaging a home and causing a brush fire. The Israeli army said one rocket was intercepted and the others fell in open areas.

Israel was responding with airstrikes on Hamas targets throughout Gaza. The army said rocket launchers and eight militants had been targeted.

In Gaza, health officials reported a total of 20 deaths, including nine children.

It did not provide a breakdown, but at least seven members of a family, including three children, were killed in a blast in the northern town of Beit Hanoun. It was not immediately clear if the blast was caused by an airstrike or errant rocket.

Ashraf al-Masri, a member of the family, said there was an explosion outside the house.

“We don’t know where it came from,” he said. “We are trying to get the children for burial but the situation is difficult in Beit Hanoun and we are afraid to leave our houses.”

The Israeli army said an Israeli civilian in the country’s south suffered mild injuries when a vehicle was struck by an anti-tank missile from Gaza.

Abu Obeida, spokesman for Hamas’ military wing, said the attack on Jerusalem was a response to what he called Israeli “crimes and aggression” in the city. “This is a message the enemy has to understand well,” he said.

He threatened more attacks if Israeli forces re-enter the sacred Al-Aqsa Mosque compound or carry out planned evictions of Palestinian families from an east Jerusalem neighborhood.

Earlier, Israeli police firing tear gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets clashed with stone-throwing Palestinians at the iconic compound, which is Islam’s third-holiest site and considered Judaism’s holiest. Tensions at the site have been the trigger for prolonged bouts of violence in the past, including the last Palestinian intifada, or uprising.

More than a dozen tear gas canisters and stun grenades landed in the mosque as police and protesters faced off inside the walled compound that surrounds it, said an Associated Press photographer at the scene. Smoke rose in front of the mosque and the golden-domed shrine on the site, and rocks littered the nearby plaza. Inside one area of the compound, shoes and debris lay scattered over ornate carpets.

More than 300 Palestinians were hurt, including 228 who went to hospitals and clinics for treatment, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent. Police said 21 officers were hurt, including three who were hospitalized. Israeli paramedics said seven Israeli civilians were also hurt.

In an apparent attempt to avoid further confrontation, Israeli authorities changed the planned route of a march by ultra-nationalist Jews through the Muslim Quarter of the Old City to mark Jerusalem Day, which celebrates Israel’s capture of east Jerusalem.

Monday’s confrontation was the latest after weeks of almost nightly clashes between Palestinians and Israeli troops in the Old City of Jerusalem, the emotional center of their conflict, during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan. The month tends to be a time of heightened religious sensitivities.

Most recently, the tensions have been fueled by the planned eviction of dozens of Palestinians from the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood of east Jerusalem, where Israeli settlers have waged a lengthy legal battle to take over properties.

Israel’s Supreme Court postponed a key ruling Monday in the case, citing the “circumstances.”

Over the past few days, hundreds of Palestinians and several dozen police officers have been hurt in clashes in and around the Old City, including the sacred compound, which is known to Jews as the Temple Mount and to Muslims as the Noble Sanctuary.

The tensions in Jerusalem have threatened to reverberate throughout the region and come at a crucial point in Israel’s political crisis after Netanyahu failed to form a governing coalition last week. His opponents are now working to build an alternate government.

Before Monday’s rocket attack on Jerusalem, Palestinian militants had fired several barrages of rockets into southern Israel. Protesters allied with Hamas have launched dozens of incendiary balloons into Israel, setting off fires across the southern part of the country.

Hamas, an Islamic militant group that seeks Israel’s destruction, has fought three wars with Israel since it seized power in Gaza in 2007. The group possesses a vast arsenal of missiles and rockets capable of striking virtually anywhere in Israel.

Israel’s actions in Jerusalem have come under growing international criticism.

The U.N. Security Council scheduled closed consultations on the situation Monday. The United States and European Union have expressed deep concern over the unrest in Jerusalem, urging Israel to calm the situation and not carry out the planned evictions. Arab allies of Israel, along with Turkey, also have condemned Israel’s actions.

Netanyahu pushed back against the criticism Monday, saying Israel is determined to ensure the rights of worship for all and that this “requires from time to time stand up and stand strong as Israeli police and our security forces are doing now.”

In the 1967 Mideast war in which Israel captured east Jerusalem, it also took the West Bank and Gaza Strip. It later annexed east Jerusalem and considers the entire city its capital. The Palestinians seek all three areas for a future state, with east Jerusalem as their capital.
